A retreat vacation with Ira Progoff’s Intensive Journal®
Wednesday May 16 through Saturday, May 26, 2012
La Pietra at Alta Bella villas, Niccone, Italy

Experience Ira Progoff’s Intensive Journal® during an 11 day (10 nights) retreat vacation in a medieval villa in Italy’s Umbrian countryside. This unique opportunity is open to only 8 English speaking participants and includes the Journal’s Life Context and Depth Contact sections with plenty of time and atmosphere to develop journal techniques under the guidance of an experienced Dialogue House journal consultant.
After a day’s orientation to the Italian landscape, participants will dive into the first 12 hour (over two days) Life Context journal workshop. Then, after a day’s rest and local touring, the second 12 hour Depth Contact workshop segment will be taught. The rest of the time will be devoted to offering participants the time they need to practice their journal reflection tools while resting at the La Pietra villa at Alta Bella and/or touring the Umbrian hillsides, local communities (Assisi, Cortona, Umbertide on market day and Anghiari, home of elegant Italian linens) area cuisines and art. www.altabella.com
